Fat free and sugar free cinnamon hot chocolate with banana’s MIXED in it….mmmm….strawberries also work too…i know this from experience….it is a swell combo.

Sure I wasn’t getting promoted yet, and sure I would have been if my attendence earlier was better, but man did it feel amazing to stand up there part of the martial arts staff. Wow, what a feeling. Loving life right now :-)
